1. Data Sovereignty & Core Principles

The Tinc One ecosystem (TincNote, TincSync, and related services) treats user privacy as a fundamental human right. Your notes, encrypted vaults, and personal files are never tracked, sold, or shared with third parties or advertising networks.

2. Information We Process

We only collect and process minimal essential information required for authentication: your email address, username, and cryptographic password hash. Your private vaults and notes remain cryptographically encrypted on your local devices.

3. Right to Erasure (Account Deletion)

You have the absolute right to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. When deleted, all records, notes, and credentials are irrecoverably erased from our systems.
